A common experience for all of us who live in winter climates is to get stuck in the snow--and the harder you try to get "unstuck" the more your wheels spin.
This analogy works in real estate too. I talk to agents and brokers all over the country, and many of them are stuck, too, spinning their wheels trying to generate some business to get out of the “snow bank” they’ve been stuck in for the past couple of years. I guess they could keep spinning … or they could wait until spring when the “snow melts” … or they could call and get some help!
